Dear Diary… I am trying ok! Yes! Finally, a place that understands. I want to workout, but not all the time… I want to be healthy, but also feel free to make unhealthy decisions and learn and grow at my own pace. I want to be encouraged and seen. I NEED it to be easy, at first, and I promise, this time will be different!
